The PHD ULTRA ™ 4400 Gradient System allows you to automatically run binary or ternary mixes quickly and easily without a PC. The procedure is fully programmed by a master controller pump so it is easy to program. The intuitive interface makes simple to complex mixing easy. The gradient profile is used to combine multiple flow streams from different pumps into a common output stream. The flow can be uniform and continuous or stepwise. The experiment can not be stopped, mixing different volume percentages and adding new syringes to the pumps. Press a button and everything happens automatically.
